Forestry and Open Space Management

PES,LLC utilizes the services of “seasoned” professional foresters who are either certified by The Society of American Foresters and/or their individual states to perform forestland and open space assessments, land use recommendations and management plans for private, public or non-profit property owners. Depending on the acreage, terrain and existing land use, these professional foresters will recommend the best and highest single or multiple use options for the property ranging from passive and active recreational use, Christmas tree plantings, timber management, agriculture, wildlife and many other uses.

In some states, there are forestry, agriculture and open space tax laws that our professional foresters can recommend and help the property owner attain in order to help reduce tax burdens while actively managing their property.
